Pelvic Rehab Modules
This 8-week program developed by a men’s pelvic physical therapist has helped men just like you overcome devastating sexual dysfunction and pain to enjoying sex again and have confidence in their body.
This step-by-step instruction brings you from your current starting point with the repetitions, sets, exercises to practice each day to progress to using your pelvic muscles properly during sex and during your daily life.
Module One:
Breathing
In this module, we will start with learning how to breathe properly with the diaphragm to get movement and relief to the pelvic muscles that stabilize and supply the penis with improved blood flow and sensation.
Module Two:
Pelvic Tilt
In this module, you will learn how to stabilize your pelvis that will support powerful hip movement during sex and as a bonus support healthy back and core function in your daily life and improved whole body power.
Module Three:
Pelvic Strength
In this module, you will learn how to coordinate breathing and hip movement. We will also get into our first set of quadruped exercise.

Supine Level 2
Continuing from the previous module, we will progress in our quadruped exercises with a bridge march.

Self Massage & Reducing Pelvic Tension
Continuing from the preview module, you will learn at-home techniques to reduce pelvic tension and improve blood flow to the tissues.
Module Four:
Plank Exercises
In this module, you will learn how to begin using your pelvic muscles in common plank and core exercise routines to enhance the benefits of general conditioning for sexual function.
Module Five:
Wall Exercises
In this module, you will learn how to use the wall (edge of your bed) to help down training for the pelvic floor. This will help stretch muscles that are related to pelvic tension/pain.
Module Six:
Standing Yoga Exercises
In this module, you will learn basic standing yoga poses to help relieve pelvic tension. You will learn how to include your breathing patterns taught in earlier modules.

Yoga Exercises
Continuing from the preview module, you will learn yoga poses for pelvic tension relief while incorporating your breathing patterns.
Module Seven:
Weight Lifting
In this module, you will learn weight lifting positions while applying pelvic stability and breathing techniques.
Module Eight:
Inner Rectal Trigger Point Release
In this module, you will learn how to position yourself to perform an at-home exam to relieve trigger points.

Anatomy of Pelvic Pain
Continuing from the preview module, you will learn the inner workings of your pelvis and how to perform an inner rectal trigger point release.

PEMF
In this module, you will learn about one of Dr. Headley's treatments called PEMF. This treatment consisting of magnetic pulses helps contract the the tissue and brings blood flow to the affected area.

Measuring Your Progress
In this module, you will learn about Dr. Headley's technique that helps measure the muscle strength, activity, and ability to relax the muscle of the pelvic floor.
Module Nine:
Piezowave Therapy
In this module, you will learn about Dr. Headley's shockwave therapy that helps in breaking up scar tissue, increase blood flow, and reduce inflammation.
